Information
Our team remains at your full disposal to provide any information related to the aircraft. Please contact us below for further details. To protect the owner’s identity, additional information is shared only upon execution of a signed NDA.
LOI & Deposit
In the case of serious interest, prospective buyers are requested to submit a Letter of Intent outlining their proposed purchase price, along with a 10% deposit held in escrow.
APA & PPI
If the parties agree on the proposed purchase price, we will coordinate on behalf of the owner to finalize the Aircraft Purchase Agreement (APA) and arrange the Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) at a mutually selected service center.
Delivery
Upon satisfactory completion of the PPI, execution of the APA, and release of funds from escrow, the aircraft will be delivered to the buyer.
